Position: Tasting Room Associate

Location: Talon Winery Lexington or Shelbyville

Job Description: The Tasting Room Associate is responsible for assisting Tasting Room guests and providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This position will support the day to day operations of the Tasting Room to include hospitality, wine club membership promotion/sales, wine education and sales in point of sale system. Team members will also be working various weddings & events throughout the year.

Essential Duties
Weekend Availability, Tastings,  Inventory/Stocking,  Customer Service, Wine Club Membership Promotion,  Maintaining a clean facility,  Private Event bartending / supervision,  Other Duties as Assigned

Position: Wine Making / Vineyard Assistant (Part Time or Full Time)

Job Description: Talon Winery is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Wine Making Assistant and to help with all wine making duties from vine to wine, including: Lab testing & analysis, Lab equipment and wine making machinery cleaning & maintenance, Record keeping, Racking, Bottling, Vineyard management     Crush pad operations and all other duties related to wine making or grape growing

Position: Farm - Outdoor Work
Pay: $15 per hour (on payroll) employment type: FT or PT
Job Description: Talon Winery and Vineyards is hiring FT/PT for all farm OUTDOOR duties including weed eating, mowing, vineyard grooming and maintenance, and other general LANDSCAPE and general MAINTENANCE tasks. 

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
